Minor leaguers need to stop clicking our Google ad links

From the Strikethree.com Newsroom

One day after a single major-league player was suspended for a positive drug test, MLB revealed Monday that 38 minor-league players were found to have banned substances in their urine. Of those players, 27 will receive first-time suspensions of 15 days and one, David Castillo of the A’s single-A affiliate in Kane County, will draw a 60-day suspension as a third-time offender. 10 other players had been previously released.

The suspensions were clustered primarily in the Mariners’, Cubs’, Angels’, A’s, Rangers’ and Padres’ farm systems. The statement did not mention which banned substances were found. Minor-leaguers are tested for steroids, amphetamines, and both legal and illegal “steroid precursors” such as androstenedione (known by the public as “andro,” and known by bodybuilders as “pile of crap that doesn’t work”).

The list of the guilty follows, so that you may heckle them when they come to your town…
